Notice is hereby given of the Annual General Meeting of Wells Rugby Football Club Limited, to take place at 8:00 pm on Monday 19th June, 2017, at the club’s premises, Charter Way, Portway, Wells, Somerset, BA5 2FB.
- to receive from the Board the Club's accounts and the Treasurer's report as to the financial position of the Club;
- to receive from the Board a report of the activities of the Club since the previous annual general meeting;
- to appoint the Club's auditors;
- to conduct the election (as appropriate) of the Elected Directors to be appointed in accordance with the club’s Articles
Nominations of candidates for the position of director may be submitted on the approved form which can be downloaded from the club’s website or obtained from the club steward. These must be submitted no later than 8PM, Monday 12th June, 2017.
Nominations of Proxies may be made using the AGM Proxy Form which must be submitted no later than 8PM, Saturday 17th June, 2017. A Pro Forma Proxy Form is available from the club’s website or from the club steward. The final Proxy Form will be published on the website once nominations for the position of director have been received.
